```Duties``` - Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs - Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medication according to prescribed schedules - Monitor and document individuals' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel - Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors - Assist individuals with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed - Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and community outings - Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times - Maintain a clean and organized living environment for individuals ```Skills``` - Experience in senior care, patient care, assisted living, dementia care, or related fields is preferred - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and other team members - Understanding of resident rights and ability to advocate for individuals' needs and preferences - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
